Paris, President of Sales & Marketing at Chicago’s Kale Realty, Keeping It Real has grown from a handful of interviews of top agents into one of the most successful real estate podcasts online today. There is tons of talk on this podcast about what it means to be a successful real estate agent in 2021. Definitely worth checking out.

Hosts Greg Harrelson and Frank Klesitz manage to cut away the nonsense and just get straight to the point with their top-producing agent guests. The show’s bread and butter is interviewing agents with impossible-sounding but very real achievements. You’ll hear from agents who closed 54 deals in their first year, agents who tripled their gross commission income (GCI), and more. New episodes are somewhat sporadic, which means digging through the archives is a must.
